the paper she signed saying it was, was obviously a meaningless, error/mistake.....that got her no benefit....there was no fraudulent purpose, since the mortgage company already knew it was not her primary residence and gave her the appropriate mortgage rate.

A prosecutor can't even bring something like that to trial.... Watch and see!

Same thing I said, done in error.... The bank has in writing from her, and in caps and bold print, telling them this was not her primary residence....but her niece's.

You can't prosecute that for fraud or lying to get a better interest rate from the mortgage company...it's way way too weak of a case.

This is especially rich, considering that James is trying to distract from her legal woes by launching yet another lawsuit against Trump.

Are her lawyers not aware that she ran for office almost entirely on the promise to ‘get Trump’ for any reason she could find? She actually campaigned on it.


Now that she is facing charges of her own, it’s suddenly politically motivated? It is to laugh.

I see this as another opportunity for the New York Justice System to demonstrate just how corrupt it is, Muddy! James is obviously guilty of mortgage fraud. Now comes the fun part. Who does she get for a judge? Is that judge impartial...or a total partisan hack like Engeron? Will a gag order be placed on her to keep her from influencing jurors? What is her punishment if she's found guilty? Something ridiculously draconian like they subjected Trump to...or a slap on the wrist?
Personally, I think the New York Justice System is too far gone at this point to provide any real justice. I think this will just be another glaring example of that being the case.
