We don't believe any of that. When I was in school, we were taught that an insurrection was massive death and destruction. you can see real one perhaps on videos or old films. many politicos' dead or maimed. you could have put a bunch of toddlers in there at the same time, and none would have been hurt. This is especially rich, considering that James is trying to distract from her legal woes by launching yet another lawsuit against Trump.

Are her lawyers not aware that she ran for office almost entirely on the promise to ‘get Trump’ for any reason she could find? She actually campaigned on it.

That didn't happen because of anything Donald Trump said...that happened because Pelosi and Bowser turned down an offer of National Guard troops made by Trump on Jan. 5th...an offer made because the FBI was warning that there was a high potential for the protest to turn violent! Note that assessment was made BEFORE Trump's speech the next day! So why do you blame the man who was trying to keep the peace instead of the two women, in charge of security for the Capitol building, that ignored warnings of a potential riot?
