Not of their multi-millionaires or big money capitalists. The employers that need to work to survive are essentially working-class people, who although owning a small business, still rely upon their own labor. These are little or "baby" capitalists, who aren't wealthy yet, own the company and hence need to work alongside their employees to keep the business running and pay their bills. They're probably not making much more than their employees. Those aren't the type of capitalists I'm referring to, I'm referring to the big money capitalists, who could spend the rest of their lives at the beach or country club playing golf if they wanted to.
