She's been a disaster for the voucher/charter movement. Which is a shame because on one in Trump's "orbit" gives a shit.

That is because vouchers and charters are not a function of the federal government.

Anyone having expectations that she could or would do anything is a fool.

I don't really agree with that, but she never could be bothered to associate herself with charter schools that Have Worked. She seems motivated only by her Christian and anti-govt agenda. And that won't work because even charter schools are publically funded.
