Dad sold them 50 acres adjoining the GWNF. Got very good money for it too.....Other than them improving the old fire road it's the same as it was when sold to them in 2000. We still have deeded access too.

Actually, adding 2.4 trillion onto our debt over a 10 year period is a huge improvement over what we have been doing.
