Maybe if they instead didn't try and make a career out of making coffee at an overpriced chain they should be getting experience at a real job so they can work themselves up to higher positions and pay grades they would t have so many money issues.

Why should unskilled labor with no education and no experience in life earn skilled labor wages? The job is meant for kids, or trophy spouses. It's an entry level position to the work force.
