We are seeing what happens when extremists try to ram down a stupid law down our throats better to let the state handle it and with a view to a compromise that would satisfy most of the moderates who still exist.

Since about 93% of all abortions occurs in the first 16 weeks of Pregnancy why not have that be the standard law and ban the 2nd and 3rd Trimester except for Rape, Incest, deformed fetus and Health of the mother.
