Maybe. I'm starting to think that with his dollar to vote ratio, he might not even be of significance even if he did. He clearly doesn't want any big taxes on his empire, that is his primary reason for running, to split the Dem vote. He's also China First and openly said he wouldn't go after Dem opponents through his media but will go after the GOP.
