That is a non-reason. If the attack came from foreign soil outside the embassy, the embassy security personnel are fully authorized to intercept and destroy such an attack.

Because they don't give a shit about embassies or Americans serving overseas. All they care about is winning the election next year and taking Hillary out is a big help to then towards that goal. That's the only reason the GOP is still holding hearings on Benghazi and why they're up to their 9th (so far) investigation. Guaranteed, if Hillary wasn't running for president, you wouldn't have heard about Benghazi for at least two years now.

Of course it could have been prevented.
They could have pulled out people out just the Brits and the Red Cross. They could have added security.
Its a lesson they learned because later in Libya they actually did pull our people out.
They did neither in reference to Benghazi. The result was four good men dead because of their incompetence.
