There are cheap shots in all sports. In this case, the opponent is lying flat on the ground and no intention of getting up. The other kid sees this and positions himself to deliberately fall with all of his weight onto the kid lying already with little motion.
That is sick. The young man and potentially his parents, coaches, and administrators need to be held accountable for that action. Then, the young man needs psychiatric help. You can’t go through life acting like a predatory animal attacking defenseless, weaker prey.
