This is simply another confabulation. When somebody is suffering from vascular dementia they lose memories due to mini-strokes that kill brain cells. And as a natural defense mechanism the damaged brain replaces those lost memories with false memories so that the person can sort of put on a facade of normalcy.

It's very common in patients suffering from dementia.

Like falling down on the stairs, or falling off your bike, not remembering how you broke your foot and blaming it on the dog, inappropriately fondling young children or calling someone a "dog faced pony soldier" for no apparent reason... etc...etc...

It's just another episode of Biden's Dementia Syndrome (BDS).

The man isn't fit to manage a McDonald's let alone an entire nation but he still won and supposedly by the most votes ever in history.

Then after 2 years in office he has transformed our nation and society more than any other president has been in in 2 terms, let alone 1 term. No way he did that on his own, he can barely manage to get through an interview and make sense. His decisions have also effected other countries, and his decisions coincided with other nations doing the same thing at the same time.

He is an absolute disgrace, his vice president is a disgrace, his entire administration is a disgrace and none of them are competent. Yet they have managed to drastically transform the country and it's society.
