Apparently American sports are not the only refuge for thugs, punks, sociopaths and prospective gang members. Uruguay seems to have it's own problems.
It is totally ridiculous that many states have had to put laws on the books making it a felony to attack a sports official. Fans and players alike are not only losing perspective, but behaving in a manner more appropriate in a prison block.
