Baseball. MLB season starts in one month.

pay tee vee is a joke
Indeed, and a lot of good sports is still on network TV. Good stuff still on "free" tv is the World Series, Daytona 500, the NBA finals, Super Bowl, the top tennis tournaments (if you're into that), Masters, Stanley Cup (some anyway), Indy 500, etc.

They did however, take the college football title game from network. I think the NCAA final four still alternates between pay and network.

I'd also add Charlotte and Nashville, but that would ruffle some owner feathers.
Maybe, but it could still be pulled off. There are some Braves' fans in the Carolinas, but I don't think that draw is that great. Tennessee is supposedly a state for Reds fans, but I can't see a great attraction. Kentucky is obviously more--especially northern Kentucky--but it would drop off the farther you drive on 75.

Canada sucks ballz, but I would like to see a team in Edmonton or Winnipeg. Have March opening day in Canada for a good larf.

I noticed that. I'll be in someone's house and the bedroom tv is out of synch with the living room tv.
You can also match up gamecasts with radio broadcasts and see the difference.

All 8 accounts by the ARAB -ist, pro jihadists (repeating something about "paid"), created not far from each other. As pairs... reacting with "fake news", to the very same posts...and fast. As no newbies..

:cuckoo:

Anyway, not all teams are in action today, Friday. I've been too busy with work to be on it this week. Anyone know why some teams are idle on a Friday night?

The other undefeated team is the Padres. Don't forget about them (even tho they have a fruity name).

The Cincinnati Reds lost their 3rd straight game with the same 1-0 score. I read this score for two days in a row thinking I was reading yesterday's news. Cincy on its way to another year of mediocrity.

The Castellini family sucks ballz. Bob was bad enough, but now Phil is at the helm. He showed his attitude when he asking losing Reds fans, "Where are you going to go?"

There has never really been a serious call for the Reds to move out of Cincy. And used car salesmen like the Castellinis know this. They know they have the great tradition.
Phil even described the biz end of the team as a "nonprofit." Bob promised the investors in 2006 that they would never be asked to pony up serious investment, and they have not. It's like playing penny ante poker with your grandma.

The Castellini family is a running joke in Cincy. No one could have guessed that discussing the revered family in 2025 meant you were talking about the Brown clan.

But you will never give up the Reds. It is Cincy.
