I understand you will never explore the question any further than Barr's white wash job. While they could not prove formal collusion the report makes it clear that the Trump campaign welcomed Russia's help. The end result is the same as collusion. There was definitely obstruction of justice but Mueller following Justice dept. guidelines lacks the authority to indict. Barr didn't say that did he?

It was Mueller's job to indict or not indict, he did NOT INDICT. End of story. If the House wants to pursue impeachment, go for it. They won't, its more beneficial for them to keep whining about the "Trump Tower Meeting" and the almost obstruction issues. That strategy will fall apart when Barr indicts the "investigators" for illegal surveillance and their unsuccessful coup attempts.

He was following the OLC guidance which says no indictment (although he indicted many) but the Potus has to be sent to Congress.
