How is there no case? Guy is alive. Guy gets arrested and tossed in police van. Guy suffers life threatening injuries and eventually succumbs to them while in custody of the police.

Where is your evidence that the cops caused the injuries??? It takes a little more then hear say to convict.

Any Pros in the country knows if a jury does not represent the 'peers' of a person charged the odds of any verdict being thrown out by a higher court are 100%.
