The average white family has to have both parents working to meet their needs/wants. To do this, they have had to curtail having more children. Those coming over the border are taking up the slack as they come from "machismo" societies and are for the most part, Catholic and spit out kids at every opportunity. Times change and populations change. The only thing that should remain, is the freedoms set forth in the Constitution.
