I read a little about the changes in the legislation of Ukraine and their policy in the field of childhood.
Apparently the turning point happened around 2009. I noticed that at this time there was a sharp surge in the activities of "charitable" organizations that dealt with adoption issues.
There is no doubt that the government was involved in this scam. There were regulations that facilitated the "purchase of children", a "guest mode" was introduced, a pervert could take a child for the weekend even without adoption, for this even no serious documents were needed.
Even though I always considered these people criminals, I was stunned by such cynicism: they simply distributed orphans to anyone "for rent".
All this, as usual, "coincided" with the arrival of the left in the USA
PS And on the eve of the special operation, there was news that about 4 million refugees were taken out of Ukraine, half of them were children, and most of them were from western Ukraine. Western Ukraine is no closer to the war zone than Moscow. To this day there is no fighting there.
Half of the transit went through Poland.
