There is a website called attackwatch.com, pretending to be paid for by OBAMAFORAMERICA, soliciting donations for the Presidents reelection campaign, and encouraging people to inform on their friends, neighbors, etc You might want to check on this, as I think it's a fraudulent site. I can't imagine anyone in the Obama administration could think this is a good idea... unless it was the Sec. of State, trying to open the door for a presidential run.
