Did they make their ban clear? Did they ask him to leave? Was that a pretext for kicking out the black dude?

His intent cannot be clear until he actually shows a use of force against another, which, as far as I can tell, he did not.

Simply having guns alone does not, in and of itself, show an immediate intent to wrongfully use them for unlawful purposes.

He went in the bathroom where he loaded all six weapons, donned body armor and a ski mask, and walked out of the bathroom into the waiting arms of the police, who are holding him without bail for five counts of criminal attempt to commit a felony and six counts of possession of a firearm during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies.
