Atheist in court?

If an Atheist has to testify in court and is asked to raise there right hand and swear to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help them God, and they say no, Then what?

I don't know of any court that still administers that oath.

I guess I will have to try it and find out. The oath seems not to deter many Christians from lying their butts off.

Rather then an oath to a deity or holy book one makes affirmation as to truthful testimony.
