AT&T Pays $23M for Bribery Charge

Put the Board of Directors in San Quentin for a year.

That really wouldn't be much of a penalty either. Cell phones are valuable contraband in the joint. If I was advising the Board of Directors, I'd tell them to suitcase as many as they can and they would be swimming in commissary.

Let's be fair here.

According to the article, AT&T paid about $22,000 to a legislator who allegedly played no role in advancing legislation favorable to AT&T.

If anything, AT&T is due a refund for the $22,000.

When you buy a whore, you expect some service.
