"We the people" make the economy better by adjusting to the increases in inflation. The government, including Trump, increases inflation by dumping trillions of new $$$ into the economy.
Then we have to adjust to that. When we do, the economy improves.

The stock market does respond to a change in the fed interest rates. They constantly have short term blips. Long term though, is general INVESTMENT health, which considering the higher, more normal rates, is very good.

Oil companies respond to supply and demand cycles. The armed forces are the biggest single entity of oil consumption in the world. Of course they affect it.

The long term infrastructure package is a positive for the market. Conservatives are illiterate in this regard. They’re still waiting for Walmart to build roads.

How about refusing or delaying Gov aid to Dem states. How about REFUSING to close international airports from infected areas and instead calling for bans from nations that had little travel to the US.
