At least 22 children and two adults infected in Texas measles outbreak

Not really the question I was asking. You demand that unvaccinated kids be kept out of schools. If they can't pass on the virus to vaccinated kids, why do you want to deny them an education?
To protect the 3% through total herd immunity, and make in mandatory to protect the herd.
Measles is one of the most infection diseases known to man. It is estimated each spreader infects 15 to 20. It is bad enough, a single case is considered an epidemic by epidemiologist and a dangerous disease, due to the most common complications, causing pneumonia (sometimes leading to death), permanent hearing loss, plus it can wipe out 70-90% of your immune system, affecting you for years to come. Most anything that cause a high degree of rash, is a serious situation. Rashes are just seen on the outside, but the ruptures are also on the inside, this is what effects the lungs, ear drums and other organs. You must remember, kids in school are walking talking little disease vectors on their own. What they pick up at public school, they bring home to you. When all your kids are out of school, you will quit have the number of colds, flues and other Whatever's going around diseases. We love them, but they are nasty, especially when surrounded by other kids, and maybe disease carrying migrant kids. MMR protect against Mumps. If you catch mumps as an adult, you will probably have no more children.

Everyone in my neighborhood and school took their turns getting measles back in the '60s....Nobody died.

You pearl clutching moonbat freaks would benefit greatly from calming down and growing up.
How many pregnant women suffered birth defects or lost their babies?

I had measels as a kid, every one I know did. You probably did too. None of us had pneumonia, hearing loss, a compromised immune system or died.

Never had Measles. I was vaccinated in 1964. I did still get the mumps though. Brought it home, gave to my dad. :auiqs.jpg: Another thing to consider about now vs then is the current crop of kids are hot house flowers compared to you and me, less immune, more allergies, generally weaker, less active, more naturally susceptible and hit harder in general.

If the children indeed can be vaxxed, then the parents, if they prevent that from happening, can figure out the alternative.

Love your children more than your fantasies, anti-vaxxers.

The Dumbass parents should have had their kid vaccinate against Measles, Mumps, Rubella long before they started school or daycare, for that matter.

I don't blame anyone for not getting their kids vaxxed now, and I say this as a mom whose kids had all their childhood vaccines. After the mess of the Covid vaccines, parents are right to be deeply skeptical.

Fine. Hopefully, your kids or grandkids won't be infected by any of these diseases that protect them, you and society from spreading mass infections. The only control that should be in place, is the little unprotected disease vector kids should not be allowed in government funded public schools, to infect others.

Okay communist

Some vaccines are good: polio, small pox (no longer necessary), MMR. But the CDC fatcats couldn't stop there. We needed to vaccinate against chicken pox, flu, routine childhood illnesses. Soon enough we'll know the devastation these vaccines caused....

The small pix virus is still out there.

Had them, as did all my siblings. Sucked, but not that big of a deal. Today folks think they need hospitalization every time they sneeze.

As far as standard childhood diseases go, and the vaccinations, you and I made sure our kids got, that skepticism, simply reflects an ignorance, akin to superstition, on the part of those that do not read, study or understand. With the influx of migrants, the total population is at greater risk of disease, than any time in the last 60 years.
