Georgia Measles Outbreak

What complete bullshit. When I was a child, we had good reason to fear a number of diseases, including scarlet fever, mumps, measles, polio, Tuberculosis, and other diseases, many of which might now kill you, but left you with permanent health problems, like infertility (mumps), or heart problems (scarlet fever).
Of course, and today the average person gets 30 doses of vaccines before the age of 18. Great, this prevents many diseases that used to kill a lot of people. At what point do we become concerned that we may be pumping things into our bodies that can cause unintended consequences?
30% of children died before growing up. Today, children are more in danger of being shot than of dying from a childhood disease, and that's ALL on vaccines.
Well, that and improved medical care in general, but only the foolish ignore unintended consequences. It wasn't long ago that we had a new wonder drug that prevented women from getting morning sickness. It worked great, for them. For the babies, not so much.
Now, the enemies of the USA, and that includes RFK, who seems to revel in causing children's deaths, are discouraging parents from vaccinating their children, and reviving childhood deaths from preventable disease.
As I've pointed out and you've refused to acknowledge, you can't blame RFK for this outbreak of measles. If you want to claim he had more credibility with the public than Quid Pro Joe's admin, I can't help you with that.
The Death Cult of the Republican Party cannot kill children fast enough.
Blah, blah, blah. Baloney. It's quite ironic that you want to blame the party trying to put responsible limits on abortion for killing children. The party you support is fighting to kill more unborn children with no restrictions.

Did I blame him for this outbreak?
No, I meant "You" in the collective. I actually read what you wrote, and you carefully and correctly did not blame him for it.

Vaccines are not simple. They are complex medications and contain viruses that we hope are all dead. We are extremely careful and attempt to prevent problems but any time you introduce a bunch of new chemicals into the body you always run a risk of problems developing, sometimes long after being administered. Add to that the reality that the average person gets about 30 vaccine doses by the time they're 18 years old, and there's room for unintended problems to creep in. Like I said, vaccines in general work but at what point do the multiplicity of vaccines start causing problems as they interact and as the substances build up in the body? Thus far, we've accepted (or turned a blind eye toward) potential risks because we want to prevent potentially deadly diseases and it's been working. There's always a good reason to be cautious when deciding whether to get a medical treatment or not. I come down neither on the side of everyone should get every vaccine nor on the side of no one should get any vaccines. Some vaccines have had incredibly positive results, smallpox and measles come to mind.
There's no real pathophysiologic mechanism here. Just fear mongering about "chemicals".

It's not that there aren't chemicals in vaccines. It's mainly the idea that a minute amount of some "chemical" is going to cause health complications a decade later defies rationality in medical science.

We've seen unintended consequences before. Being cautious does not mean rejecting all vaccines outright, that's a fallacy. It just means we want to make sure we're not rushing things to market that cause other problems.

The fact that there are restrictions on lawsuits against vaccine manufacturers should give pause.

Please provide an example of this type of "unintended consequence".

The "restrictions on lawsuits" talking point is a misunderstanding of the history. It's a protection against the many frivolous lawsuits that have been filed against vaccine manufacturers.

Medication to reduce depression can leave people unable to fully enjoy life, feeling like "zombies".
Surgeries and medication to make a child's body look more feminine or masculine can leave them sterile.
Medication to prevent morning sickness in pregnancy did lead to babies born without limbs.
Shoving a metal rod into a person's brain can cause some of them to bleed out and die or die later from infection.
Attaching leeches to drain a person's foul humors can kill them.
Performing surgery on someone without washing your hands can kill them with infection.

Medical science often has unintended consequences that we have come to accept. How many people pay attention to the list of potential side effects before they take something to grow hair, make red spots disappear, or lose weight?

Vaccines are very safe and effective, but that's no reason to refuse to be cautious.

None of these are consistent with the scenario you described.
They are either immediate complications that are apparent at the time or complications developing after ongoing use of a drug.

You are claiming that a vaccination can cause harm a decade after a single exposure. That sort of reaction is basically unprecedented as far as I can tell.

The way you describe caution would delay medical progress and cost far more lives than it saves.

This country is infatuated with vexatious litigation.

Then there are the interactions between drugs.

False, I'm saying that there can be unintended consequences from repeated vaccinations over time. That's a far different thing.
The way you describe caution would delay medical progress and cost far more lives than it saves.
It should, however, be up to the person to decide if they want to take the risk or not.

97% of the infected are unvaccinated despite representing less than 10% of the population.

So it works pretty damn good.
That's what your lying government and pharma propagandists tell you. You do not know if they are lying to you or telling you the truth. You cannot prove that, you take it on faith.

Maybe it is true, but the odds are against it being true simply because those pushing the statements are known liars with a vested interest.
