A couple years or so ago I was @ the Hobby Town USA hobby shop located in Spokane & after spying some quadcopters I asked the owner about them & I found out they were somewhat affordable & that some could be outfitted with cameras. If the security had one of those they could have spotted the sniper before he opened fire?
