Let's get this straight from the article. The source for the quote is your own link.

Identifying one man with gay sex conviction. So, if the only guy identified was already convicted by the Saudis then how could Wikileaks put him in jeopardy? Where are the rest of the people? The article cited says people as plural meaning many that have been identified.
