He makes seem that deadly force is acceptable every time an ANTIFA or Black Bloc thug fires a high end pyrotechnic at Law Enforcement that they can be shot there on the spot .

As much as that would be a great thing and would put down these left-wing thugs, it is not acceptable either. We can't have law enforcement killing protesters.

Being unarmed doesn't mean an assailant is not a threat IF they STILL have both the 1) ability and 2) opportunity to place your life in jeopardy.

You hang on to that and shoot the next person that is unarmed and threatens you. I won't visit you in jail. You, nor the police can use more force than is necessary to subdue an intruder. There have been numerous cases where law enforcement officers have been found guilty of using excessive force. She was an unarmed trespasser who posed no physical threat to ANYONE.

If you were awakened in the middle of the night and discovered someone in your window preparing to jump into your home, and you're unable to tell if they're armed or not, just that doubt wouldn't cause you to consider them a threat?

Or would you wait until they completed the breach of your home by jumping in and then interrogate them to determine if they were an actual threat or not?
