There has not been a new funeral with military honors. But the offer was made.

But IMHO those that stack Congress in an attempt to interfere with their Constitutional duties forfeit the ability to have a military funeral with honors.

The standard is clear and present danger of loss of life or serious bodily injury to yourself or others.

In that context Lt. Byrd has listened to reports of violence and officers down over the police radio net. He has witnessed rioters right in from of him demonstrate the willingness to use armed violence. And yes, improvised melee weapons are arms within the meaning of clear and present danger.

I have been where she was murdered. I remember that for her to have got up, she was hurled up or she was a bird. The base of the window she was murdered at is at least tabletop high. Could she get into the window just stepping up? She had no reason to go in that other hall.
