Ashlii receives Military Honors

Why do you all keep saying things that are untrue & you know nothing about? Why don't you fix your statement because as written it's false if for no other reason that you added "...AND threatening you".

The threat alone is not enough, they have to also have the ability, opportunity and while the threat is presumably a threat to place your life in jeopardy.
Do you normally quit reading halfway through a post? I think you just paraphrased what I said.

She’s a symbol of **** around and find out.
No that would be the leftist progressives of the demtard party and the deep state swampers....

Ashlii hit the man busting window. He hurled her into that window where the corrupt cop murdered her. Her family won their lawsuit. Watch her hit him for busting windows.
1. Her family didn't WIN their lawsuit, they accepted an out-of-court settlement.
2. The video doesn't show the man you're claiming she punched hurl her threw the window. What the other video shows is her being hoisted into the window by someone and before you can make it threw, she was shot by Lt. Byrd thereby preventing her and anyone else from coming through the window that they had just broken the glass out of in order to gain access.
3. There is nothing in the video that indicates that Babbett hit the guy wearing the glasses for "busting windows".

She never broke in. She offered the cops water. She hit hard a man busting the window. She was quiet.

Unfortunately, when you're a part of a mob, you can be held liable/accountable for the offenses and/or crimes committed by any other person who is also a member of the mob.

To claim that she was "quiet" is really confounding.

^^^ This is what I tell black people when they get shot by cops.
Of course you do, because apparently in whatever passed for your grade school education, you were never taught how to compare and contrast two situation and then to CORRECTLY determine how they are alike and how they are different.

Doesn't Sesame Street teach this for those who were home schooled and had a T.V.?

No I read everything you said but I didn't paraphrase your comment, I expanded upon it in an attempt to demonstrate why, even if it appears we're saying the same thing, the conclusion you drew was incorrect.

Being unarmed doesn't mean an assailant is not a threat IF they STILL have both the 1) ability and 2) opportunity to place your life in jeopardy.

Babbett may have been unarmed but she still would have posed a threat had she breached that window which was the threat that Lt. Byrd prevented by shooting and stopping her. This is BECAUSE she was leading the mob or if you don't agree that she was the leader, she was still a part of a mob that had demonstrated by word and by deed that they were a violent threat. She didn't make it to the other side of the locked & barricaded door which visually shows that those on the other side had taken measures to prevent anyone from gaining access to that area. You can see in the video that they had stacked what looks like furniture against the doors to the chamber to try to prevent the mob from getting in. Babbett didn't make it through nor did anyone else which was the ultimate goal in defending that area.

And that's how you generally make the determination as to whether the shooting was justified or not.

We have to answer this question every year when we recertify for our firearm certifications and so far I've done so for 11 years so I know of what I speak because my instructors are professionals.

It was settled in Babbitts favor. That's a win. She was unarmed and not threatening. Byrd should be jailed.
If you were awakened in the middle of the night and discovered someone in your window preparing to jump into your home, and you're unable to tell if they're armed or not, just that doubt wouldn't cause you to consider them a threat?

Or would you wait until they completed the breach of your home by jumping in and then interrogate them to determine if they were an actual threat or not?

We don't have to issue a warning, having a firearm pointed at you IS a warning to most sane people.

Cops must issue warnings prior to shooting. She was back of door back of men when she was hurled into the window.

Mob my ass.

How many men broke the two windows. She hit one, cold cocked him. He flew into a rage and hurled her into the window.

If a traitor to her country can receive honours for her treasonous acts, then the honours in question become meaningless to all that came before her.

How is this stunt going to settle in the hearts and minds of the military?
Kinda like Obama getting some kind of prize.

Made it meaningless.

She could have been arrested after she came through the window or even before she came through the window. The shooting was not justified.

Well...I would not say that.

After all, a 5' 5", 130 lbs.....I'll bet she was pretty scary.
