In addition, power talks. I remember one time that my father was rear-ended in his car (not his fault) and the guy that rear-ended him was part of the ruling political party there. My father spent 3 months in jail for that. It would have been more, but my father did have money and he did get a lawyer that ultimately got him out of jail, but the fact is that there is no justice there. It was NOT my father's fault but he spent time in jail for it.
