And proudly announce that their city has embraced Socialism and will be Transforming the local (initially) cities into a Socialist system.
And the Media will fall over itself showcasing how wonderful life in Socialist America is compared to the old defective system.

The Coca`Cola 60's ad, "I'd like to teach the world to sing" will highlight the Utopia of Socialism right here in America
Tens of millions of young people will join AOC in a demand to "Help bring peace and love" to cities across America.\
SJW's will go berserk with joy.
