Those are such dumb rulings, though.

The judicial is supposed to be the most dignified of the three branches, and those rulling don't pass the laugh test.

How can it be illegal for Trump to impose tariffs when Congress delegated him that power?

How can it be illegal to NOT fund Harvard, the school with the wealthiest donors of any school in the world?

"Because a carefully shopped for judge said so!" is an answer that is even dumber than the rulings.
