The article is titled "Coronavirus may never go away, even with a vaccine". Who says the Democrats aren't the party of hope and resolute faith?

Here are some quotes:

"There’s a good chance the coronavirus will never go away. Even after a vaccine is discovered and deployed, the coronavirus will likely remain for decades to come, circulating among the world’s population."

"It is a daunting proposition — a coronavirus-tinged world without a foreseeable end. But experts in epidemiology, disaster planning and vaccine development say embracing that reality is crucial to the next phase of America’s pandemic response. The long-term nature of covid-19, they say, should serve as a call to arms for the public, a road map for the trillions of dollars Congress is spending and a fixed navigational point for the nation’s current, chaotic state-by-state patchwork strategy. "

The WaPo is a joke! Just as the New York Times and all the other leftist newspaper.
They would LOVE this virus never to go away. Because that would mean, these blue states can toy around again with the lockdowns. As well, like crash the economy.

Commies in general believe hope is a betrayal to the collective ideal.

They also believe envy is a virtue.

hope is not a plan. hopelessness offers you the desire to change
hopelessness does not drive changing for the better ....hopelessness destroys any motivation or chance of making things better ! hopelessness is exactly that total defeat and despair . having no expectations of success . your post sadly says a lot about you .....thats to bad .... maybe you should take up a hobby like trying to be a man .

You mean because they don't want people to starve to death, have roofs over their heads?
I guess it is better then hiding under the bed until the house is repossessed and you can't afford a hot meal.

More than 100,000 dead. Many of those wouldn't be if Trump would have listened to the experts.

According to the two doctors that have been up in front of the nation almost everyday and are considered to be experts he did. It was the democrats walking around downtown Chinatown, telling people to go ahead and celebrate, putting infected people into nursing homes, calling him xenophobic for trying to shut down travel that did not listen to the experts.
But yeah in your addlebrained mind you think you know something. Good for you.

No flu virus has ever gone away. There is no vaccine completely effective against a corona virus. Just the facts.

we dont ant more people to die ! thats one of the main reasons we want the economy to reopen ! if the economy collapses [not a recession not a depression ] but a total collapse millions will die ! no food in the grocery stores no gas for fuel no electricity or running water .....it would be every man for himself [dog eat dog ] ! we know the virus is dangerous but we also know keeping the economy shut down is even more dangerous !

In what way? He did listen to experts and their insane models and shut down the whole economy. What, in your opinion, was the answer?
