"article 49 of the fourth geneva convention”.- Israels illegal theft of west bank land and sponsoring of thug settlers is illegal

now you're quoting zionists and their supporters, past and present.
that's not an objective discussion now is it?
How not? I'm presenting a series of legal documents. What could be more objective than the legal documents which are international law?

Zionism is alien to Jewish culture, hardly any Jews cared for it, for thousands of years it did not exist.
No. Just not true. The Jewish culture is deeply rooted in the historic homeland and a return to Zion. This is evidenced in prayer liturgy, Jewish holidays and celebrations, in how the laws are followed for thousands of years.

Well we all knew it. How long will the west tolerate these bandits and ttheir theft. It isnt as if they even try and hide it.

Israel puts jewish people at risk. Now and forever. Look at your grandchildren and their children. Executed because of the larceny of these extremists.
We get it like the Nazis of 1930's you hate the Jew.

For clarification, my point is not to claim Israel, and all of the territory she has a rock-solid legal entitlement to, as an immutable, unchanging position. Only that this is the legal reality just now. It can easily, so very easily, be changed through the normal course of treaties and customary law.

My position remains, as it always has, two peoples/two self-determinations. I no longer think that is possible, but it remains my moral stance.

You disagree that the law is neutral and objective and applies universally? Do please explain.

it's not my life experience. law discertations are often biased towards the one(s) they favor.
Interpretations of law are absolutely biased. You will get no argument from me there. Witness the ridiculous ICJ advisory opinion.

BUT the law itself is neutral and objective and universally applicable. As example: It is not "pro-Zionist" to apply the universally accepted customary international principle of uti possidetis juris to Israel. That is an objective and neutral application.

Edited to add: the bias comes when the UN doesn't want to apply an objective and neutral and universally applied principle of customary international law to Israel (Jews).
