Walking into a church is not a first amendment right. The church is private property. Blocking traffic, blocking entrances are all illegal. Protesting is a first amendment right but not on private property. The J6 protests have a stronger right than this group.Good luck. Should be an interesting case considering what can and can't be considered first amendment rights.
Trump's DoJ isn't exactly brimming with competent prosecutors.
.
Yeah, that's him.
Object of manhunt currently.
.
Bull freakin shit! You threw that out there, then since have refused to provide ANY proof of such...You lying POS....You think because you say it, it becomes fact?Has already been provided in the thread.
Their convictions were wiped away by Trump’s pardon.
Are you talking about ICE scaring the crap out of children?
You cannot hide behind the first amendment to trample on other's first amendment rights. When the entirety of the illegal conduct boils down to their speech, you may intersect with the 1st amendment.
An old lady just standing and praying in front of an an abortion clinic. Got arrested, these people should get the same.Did they threaten anyone? Did they physically impede anyone?
Some mere magistrate judge thinks he can direct that the DOJ not arrest Don Lemon.

Magistrate judge rejects charges against Don Lemon in connection with anti-ICE church protest
A federal magistrate judge rejected the Justice Department’s attempt to bring charges against former CNN anchor Don Lemon in connection with Sunday’s wild church protest.www.foxnews.com
It will be interesting to see if this judicial interference gets appealed.
Not entirely clear. FACE is mostly concerned with people blocking access (as was happening in the abortion clinics that I pointed out) and using threats or force. No it's not, it's a clear violation of federal law and FACE Act

They might be able to be prosecuted under the FACE act, but they didn’t barricade doors and as far as I can tell haven’t been threatening people but I haven’t seen everything.
It's open to the public, so it's not like they're immediately trespassing just by walking in. But again, trespassing isn't a federal charge.Walking into a church is not a first amendment right. It’s open to the public, and they’re free to trespass them.
But that’s not a federal charge.
Breaking and entering is stupid.
You've yet to respond substantively to the points I brought up.FACE Act is. You can't get around it so you need to stop
I should have known better.....I may a well try to teach a chimp quantum physics as to converse with you. When the entirety of the illegal conduct boils down to their speech, you may intersect with the 1st amendment.
I never said otherwise. But this isn't about trespassing."Open to the public" does not mean the private business/church has no right to kick you out if you're disruptive. Hello?
Maybe, maybe not. These protestors did less than the protestors in at the abortion clinics that Trump pardoned. The federal charge is FACE law 3. If MN was actually a lawful state, they would also be charged with trespassing, etc.
Apparently the judicial activism has begun.

Minnesota magistrate judge rejects charges against Don Lemon over anti-ICE church protest, blocks some charges for 2 protesters
The Justice Dept. suggested independent journalist Don Lemon could be charged after he was seen in video of a protest inside a church in St. Paul on Sunday.www.cbsnews.com
This 'judge' thinks you can use the 1st Amendment to trample on the 1st Amendment. Absolute lunacy.
Don Lemon is SHOOK on his live....ha
