In Minnesota, a terroristic threat is defined under Statute 609.713, which criminalizes threats of violence intended to terrorize another person or cause public inconvenience.

The Federal statute defining terroristic threats is outlined in 25 CFR § 11.402. This statute states that a person is guilty of a misdemeanor if they threaten to commit any crime of violence with the purpose to terrorize another...Care to try again?

So, what we see happening here, and leftists like you are obstructing unlawfully, is that these ICE teams are going to specific locations where an individual named in a specific order of removal are. Now, if there are other illegals there at the time of arrest, than they will be picked up as well, and taken in for their hearings...
As for the protesters being arrested, they are breaking federal law with their actions, and can be prosecuted under federal law....And I for one hope they are....

The Justice Dept. suggested independent journalist Don Lemon could be charged after he was seen in video of a protest inside a church in St. Paul on Sunday.
