Arresting the judges.....it has begun and it's long overdue

Totally wrong.
Anyone can arrest a federal agent if the agent violates the rights of anyone.
And clearly ICE agents have all violated the law.
They illegally sent US citizens to El Salvador prisons, because they did not bother with the mandatory hearings that would have caught the mistakes.

Federal agents have no more authority than anyone.
Legal authority comes from inherent rights of individuals, and NOT from government.
Government is just an employee we delegate SOME of our inherent authority to.
That is all.

Except of course the judge got the bracelets, not the agents.

There is no such thing as a "deportation warrant".
A judge has to issue a deportation order, but it has no force of law because illegal immigration is not a crime. It is just a regulatory offense, like a parking ticket.

The suspect was appearing in court on a criminal charge, so it is obviously illegally for ICE to use that court appearance, since it interferes with the person's legal rights.
ICE does not have the forces of law because immigration violations are just regulatory infractions, and not crimes.

We most certainly do have the duty to tell El Salvador they are in violation of the Geneva Conventions with their prisons, and it is illegal for the US to send anyone to El Salvador, knowing of these illegal prisons.
By ratifying the Geneva Conventions, we became obligated to enforce them.

There is nothing illegal about that.
But involuntary deportations without hearings, are totally criminal.

An illegal alien is NOT a "criminal".
Illegal immigration is only a regulatory infraction and not a crime.
A crime is defined by the harm to the inherent rights of others, and illegal immigration harms no one.

The sign is illegal because the law clearly says that those fleeing persecution can legally enter the US any where or any time they are able to.

That sign would be like arresting those who jumped the Berlin wall in the 1960s.

If you read the Treaty of Guadelupe Hidalgo, it is illegal to at all interfere with any travel by anyone, to or through the former Spanish land grant territories.

In this particular story I think we are being cheated out of some of the more juicy details the details. It was the wife of the couple that hired The illegal alien male for house repairs and then offered him residency on their property. You and I both know what was going on.

So there is nothing illegal about deporting illegal aliens without their getting an individualized hearing to contest the deportation. Where is the law permitting that? Did any judge say he could do that? Trump offered self-deportation too.

Obvious lie.
First of all, it is Kilmar they are claiming is a "gang member", and that is impossible since he came here at the age of 15.
The Venezuelan from Milwaukee they are deporting can't be an MS-13 member because that is not in Venezuela, and the truth is Tren de Aragua, is a good guy gang and not an illegal gang at all.
Tren de Aragua left Venezuela because they are against Madero, so then they are on our side.
