Arresting the judges.....it has begun and it's long overdue

Right. An arrest warrant for them to be deported.

WRONG.
Arrest and deportation are 2 totally different things.
The arrest warrant only authorizes them being brought to the deportation hearing.
But that hearing never happened.
An arrest warrant can never authorize a deportation.
A judge has to hear the defendant first, before a deportation order can be signed.

This is just the tip of the iceberg with the judiciary. While it's reasonable to assume that the greater number of judges are honest and upstanding citizens seeking to do their job correctly there's no question that there is a group of rogue activists who frequently cross over the barriers to co-equal government branches seeking to invade both congressional and executive privileges

FBI director says a judge accused of helping someone evade immigration agents has been arrested

In this particular story I think we are being cheated out of some of the more juicy details the details. It was the wife of the couple that hired The illegal alien male for house repairs and then offered him residency on their property. You and I both know what was going on.

It's time to start locking some of these assholes up.

He can’t be sentenced - the same court unconditionally discharged all 34 counts.

Sorry your gal lost.
One more imbecile -- folks we have a Quorum - "unconditionally discharged all 34 counts?" In what universe?

"President-elect Donald Trump received an unconditional discharge for his criminal conviction in New York on Friday, meaning he will not face fines, prison or any other penalties."

Fed trumps state actually.
Another imbecile? Geesh

In a state court the feds have no jurisdiction. Like Trump's conviction in a state court.

"Criminal cases may not be brought under diversity jurisdiction. States may only bring criminal prosecutions in state courts, and the federal government may only bring criminal prosecutions in federal court."

Illegal aliens have no right to not be arrested by ICE. Often they are directly taken from jail during the initial arrest and held until the ICE agents pick them up.

"counts" are not "convictions" and "convictions" are not "counts"

Unconditional Discharge

Definition and Citations:

This phrase relates to a suspended sentence that has no conditions or terms attached by the court

Wrong.

An illegal alien is NOT a "criminal".
Illegal immigration is only a regulatory infraction and not a crime.
A crime is defined by the harm to the inherent rights of others, and illegal immigration harms no one.

The sign is illegal because the law clearly says that those fleeing persecution can legally enter the US any where or any time they are able to.

That sign would be like arresting those who jumped the Berlin wall in the 1960s.

If you read the Treaty of Guadelupe Hidalgo, it is illegal to at all interfere with any travel by anyone, to or through the former Spanish land grant territories.
IF uninvited people enter the united states legally, why do Democrats brag that Biden and Obama got rid of so many?
