Totally wrong.
Anyone can arrest a federal agent if the agent violates the rights of anyone.
And clearly ICE agents have all violated the law.
They illegally sent US citizens to El Salvador prisons, because they did not bother with the mandatory hearings that would have caught the mistakes.

Federal agents have no more authority than anyone.
Legal authority comes from inherent rights of individuals, and NOT from government.
Government is just an employee we delegate SOME of our inherent authority to.
