You have to understand these mindless drones are not capable of thinking for themselves. Their MessiahRushie told them that Obama appointed everybody in the IRS because they all think like him and do not need to be told to harass CON$.
So it does not matter that not one person involved in the IRS scandal was hired by Obama, they were all hired to do Obama's bidding without even being told to do it.
