Not only to see if the recruit has the balls to make it through, but to teach the precious snowflake that life isnt all that rosy but if you work as a unit, you can make it through. - give the soldier a safe space when elections don’t go their way
- let the soldier express themselves like wearing a pink pussy hat.

- expand the name tag on the uniform so it can include the he/she identifier
- tell the soldier they get a pass for not being accountable due to their upbringing
