Army raises maximum enlistment age to 42
The service's new policy also removed previous enlistment obstacles for potential recruits who have a single marijuana or drug paraphernalia conviction.
In a sweeping change to its enlistment regulations, the Army has raised the maximum age for eligible recruits to 42, the service announced.
The Navy and Air Force are already at 42 to enlist. It allows them to get 20 years in before their mandatory retirement date.
LOL....Before you rush to the Army recruiting office you need to remember....IEDs fly now.
Jokes aside I can see it for some fit guy who's ex took everything from him in a divorce and he wants to start over.
