Armed BLM protester shot by Kyle Rittenhouse sues police for ‘deputizing’ white nationalist vigilantes

He was defending the building until he left to go help someone. Then the police refused to let him rejoin his group.

At that point, the cowardly mob, seeing a lone young man, that let's be real, does not look tough, sensed weakness and attacked like the cowardly feral animals they are.

And at that point, is when he defended himself.

The police should have been enforcing the curfew against the FUCKING RIOTERS.

If the RIOTERS had been dispersed or arrested already, then there would have been no mob to attack Rittenhouse and everyone would have lived happily ever after.

I watched the vido.
The police were no where near him, and could not have stopped him from rejoining anyone.
Kyle did not leave to help someone.
No one needed or wanted Kyle's help.
He was mingling with the crowd with the intent of intimidating them with his rifle.
Shooting 5 shots at the first unarmed person is NOT at all self defense.

The riot was caused by the police shooting an unarmed compliant man in the back 7 times at close range, in front of his children.
The entire police department should be burned down and all the police arrested for their crimes.

When that shithead Grosskreutz aimed that loaded Glock at Kyle's head then he became liable for the results afterwards.

Wrong.
If Grosskreutz had wanted to kill Kyle, he could have easily done so.
But the evidence from the bullet path proves Grosskreutz hand his hands up in the air, and was NOT aiming at Kyle.

The dude with the knife? The one who was stealing a car? The guy kidnapping a child? The one with the restraining order and the arrest warrant? The guy who was resisting arrest?

That compliant man?

You phased that as though your later sentences supported your conclusion.

BUt, they actually don't.

THE mob chose to rush him. They chose a frontal assault. One of them was "unarmed" two had weapons.

That no one else was shooting, does not mean that the fault was not on the people that were DOING THE ATTACKING.

And that Rittenhouse was thus completely justified in using force to defend himself.

Note how my statements ACTUALLY SUPPORT MY CONCLUSION WITH LOGIC.

Completely different from your post.

Wrong.
No one threatened Kyle with a deadly weapon, ever.
So at no time was a deadly response legally justified.
The first person grabbed.
That is not a deadly attack, so none of the 5 shots were justified.
The 2nd person threw a skateboard.
That is not a deadly attack, so none of the 6 shots were justified.
The third person was a MedTech in uniform, and did not point the pistol at Kyle when Kyle pulled the trigger.
So it was not a deadly threat, and none of the 3 shots fired were justified.

Wrong.
If Grosskreutz had wanted to kill Kyle, he could have easily done so.

Grosskreutz's own testimony and the image of the moment of the shot makes you look like a liar....or an idiot. Or both.

LOL! Sorry to bust your bubble Moon Bat but that shithead Grosskreutz admitted in court that he had the gun pointed at Kyle when he was shot. Did you miss that?

Been listening to the hate mongers on CNN again and not to the facts?

Rittenhouse trial: Key state witness admits he pointed a gun at Rittenhouse before he was shot

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The sixth day of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial shifted focus from the first shooting to the second and third. Witnesses recalled the moments when Anthony Huber was shot in the chest and killed, and Gaige Grosskreutz testified about being shot in the arm and surviving. Grosskreutz was the most anticipated witness called to the stand so far.

The state tried to show Grosskreutz was not a threat and even had his hands up when he approached Rittenhouse in the street. But the defense got Grosskreutz to admit he had a loaded gun in his hand, and that Rittenhouse did not shoot him until Grosskreutz lowered his hands and pointed that gun at him.

The brazenist of these NAZIs is unbelievable:

An armed Black Lives Matter protester who survived the triple shooting that killed two in Kenosha, Wis., is suing the police — accusing them of “deputizing” teen gunman Kyle Rittenhouse and “a band of white nationalist vigilantes.”
Gaige Grosskreutz — who said his bicep was almost blasted off — filed a federal lawsuit Friday against Kenosha’s police department, its chief, the sheriff’s office and the city itself, among others.
“It was not a mistake that Kyle Rittenhouse would kill two people and maim a third on that evening,” the documents claim, naming Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber, the BLM protesters who died.
“It was a natural consequence of the actions of the Kenosha Police Department and Kenosha Sherriff’s office in deputizing a roving militia to ‘protect property’ and ‘assist in maintaining order,'” it said.

This moron couldn’t possibly have gotten shot because he drew a gun on Rittenhouse could he have? The fact he later admitted the mob was looking to kill Rittenhouse doesn’t help him any. This gets laughed out of any real court.

Drawing a gun is not a sufficient lethal threat for you to shoot.
Police draw guns on me all the time, so can they then be shot?
This was an official MedTech in uniform, with full lettering on vest and hat, with pistol pointed up when Kyle pulled the trigger.

That was no "well advertised protest"....It was a deliberately organized violent siege, perpetrated by hundreds of out-of-state rabble rousers.

You opinion as to whether Rittenhouse "should have" been armed is irrelevant to the fact that he was...And the cops had a fuckton of far more pressing things to deal with over and above doing background checks.

Wrong.
The open presence of a rifle should have been the most important thing happening there.
Not only was it criminal for Kyle to be armed, but criminal for the police to deliberately allow him to remain armed.

And they really do need to earn the right to be taken seriously and listened to by explaining why the border of Wisconsin is some impenetrable barrier in their minds, but the southern border of the United States doesn't even exist. What annoys ME is their assumption that they will be respected and allowed to simply dictate the way things are with no questions, when any logical review of their words and actions indicates that they should be treated like dangerous fools.

The fact Kyle was out of state shows his intent was entirely political, since he had no legal interest in any property in WI.

Drawing a gun is not a sufficient lethal threat for you to shoot.
Bullshit Moon Bat.

We caught you in one lie and now you are doubling down on your stupidity by making that claim? LOL. You are a fucking moron.

Kyle was found innocent because he was acting in self defense. He had the right to shoot the sonofabitch when the Glock was pointed at him.

You may not think somebody has the right of self defense when a gun is pointed at them because you are a stupid Moon Bat but that is the law kiddo. Go look it up. I shit you not.

They did in effect.
They asked for vigilantes, and they saw Kyle's rifle and failed to disarm him and arrest him for being under age.
So then yes, the police are liable for the shootings.
Got to admit, If it was National Guard, they would have cleared all civilian combatants (especially armed combats, that would have received first attention) off the street, to avoid confusion, in case they had to start shooting people.

Yeah... but no mention he kicked a man with a loaded gun, then aimed his own gun at his head before being shot.

Not unless a state of emergency was declared, and neither the governor nor the mayor did that.

That compliant man?

He picked the pocket knife off the ground and put it in his pocket.
Being folded, it was no threat to anyone.
There was no justification for anyone to shoot.

He was not stealing a car.
That is a lie.'
He was not kidnapping his children.
That is a lie.

He did have an arrest warrant, but it was purely administrative and not criminal.

He was not resisting arrest.
We all saw the video.
That is a lie.
