No way in hell can he be considered impartial!

Within an hour of granting the TRO [temporary restraining order], Judge Griffen was photographed at a second anti-death penalty rally — this one at the Governor’s Mansion, where Judge Griffen lay strapped down to a cot to simulate the experience of a condemned prisoner on a gurney,” said the petition. “Judge Griffen was protesting the very executions he had just enjoined.”

The judge also spoke out against the executions in a blog post earlier this month, saying that “Arkansas officials plan to commit a series of homicides,”according to the petition

Just how quick can this be appealed – and overturned?

That would definitely seem to indicate bias.

Yeah! What the Hell gives that Judge the idea he's entitled to free speech and other Constitutional Rights as a member at the Bar?

Why don't your folks stop and apply a little logic to ALL circumstances involved for a bloody change?

Even if he's a citizen and he has all the rights to protest and attend a public demonstration, he's a judge above all!
He should appear impartial! (maybe not being impartial but at least appear impartial...)
