Arizona v The Supreme Court.
Governor Brewer of Arizona needs a shot of reality, if she truly believes that her state was victorious in its confrontation today, with the Supreme Court of the United States! That ruling was a "smack in the face", to State's Rights and State's Sovereignty, and also, "We the People!" Not only did Arizona lose, but every other state that may try to take legal action to defend itself against this wave of Criminal Immigration , lost too! And then, as if to stick his finger in the eye of the Arizonans, Obama had his lackey, Chief of Homeland Security (a joke) Janet Napolitano, immediately cancel a program of cooperation between Federal Authorities, and Arizona's besieged Law Enforcement Personnel, concerning this wave of Criminal Immigration!
It is all too obvious, that Obama has the Supreme Court in his back pocket; Chief Justice Roberts is disgusting, and should be impeached, for aiding and abetting a President and his Administration, in the subversion of this Nation's Laws, causing aid and comfort to an enemy of the United States, which happens to be a horde of re conquistas, who despise this Nation, and intend to bring it down! The actions of the Supreme Court, on this date, flirt very dangerously with that of treason!
And, why is it, that no one seems to understand the violations of: Article II, Section 3, and Article IV, Section 4?
The decision on Obamacare is, now we are told, to be forthcoming this Thursday! Everyone who has taken the time to really look at that legislation, knows that the "mandate" is by far, the lessor evil compared to some of the non-health-related components, such as: death panels, where once upon reaching the age of 75, you are no longer able to receive treatment, should you get cancer; or, the 3.8% tax that you will have to pay on the sale of your home; or the 16,000 new IRS agents that it calls for; or the fact that the Federal Government will be able to make withdrawals from you personal electronic bank accounts; or the financing of Obama's "personal" Civilian Army!
If the Supreme Court decides that case, predicated solely upon the mandate, my suspicions will have been vindicated, it definitely will be in Obama's back pocket! There is absolutely no way, if those Justices actually read that bill (and I am most certain that they won't bother to do that) they cannot, in good conscience (once again, Judges and good conscience - an oxymoron?) allow that legislation to stand, no part of it!
Thomas Jefferson warned us, 200 years ago, against what is happening now! As he predicted, the Supreme Court of the United States is about to consolidate the corruption of the Legislative and Executive Branches; he was correct! If The Court allows that legislation to stand, even in part, those Justices should all be impeached, removed from office, and that court dissolved! It is no longer The Supreme Court "OF THE UNITED STATES", but rather The Supreme Court "OF THE PRESIDENT AND CONGRESS, of the suppressed states!
