We don't need to say these things to acknowledge what a massive failure the vaccines were, nor how dangerous they are. Blood clots, heart attacks, strokes. Men with reduced sperm counts, women with menstrual problems. And worse, they do NOTHING to limit spread and might even make getting covid more likely.

We are supposed to out of town this weekend and husband has to take up work for a coworker who got boosted within the last few weeks and, you guessed....got Covid.

I ignored the calls to take the vaccine, I caught the omicron version and was miserable for less than 3 days. I've felt fine since but I did suffer from some shortness of breath for a couple of months. That has passed and I'm completely at ease with my decision.

As for crowing about not having suffered any side effects, don't you think it might be a tad early to be tempting Karma, Waldo? Regardless of your beliefs, there have been a LOT of unexplained, sudden deaths in otherwise healthy, youthful people. The manufacturers have already admitted to some of the vaccine formulations causing serious issues like clotting and heart attacks or strokes. I'd be careful with those "famous last words" but hey, that's just me.

Same for me. Covid was fine. There was not a day I had it that I couldn't get out of bed and do light housework; I've had many viruses which were worse. But my asthma did not like it at all, and the effects lingered about a month to six weeks. However, this has happened to me before with asthma--not often, but it has.

No one knows the long term effects of making someone’s immune system do this almost indefinite (via boosters). One of us was guilted into getting a flu shot at the dr and was the ONLY family member to get the flu that year, officially dx at the same office. We all lived together. No other family members got it.
