True, but toxic, hyper-partisans are replete throughput the legal system. You can even guess with great accuracy how every vote in the SCOTUS will go down to a person usually, with conservatives usually voting somewhere between the middle to right while liberals like Sotomayor, etc., can always be counted on to vote in favor of progressive social change regardless of what the actual LAW says.
