Sorry, but this seems like the usual state actor excuse to convince others to erroneously cast false blame on themselves when they know better that the unaccountable security industrial complex has destroyed them.

If you are truly a Canadian, living in Canada, than this is a gross fallacy, especially if you live in Ontario. You achieve what you are allowed to achieve here, regardless of natural propensity, ambition, talent or effort. There is a reason our best talent leave for America and this exodus will continue at an accelerated pace as a younger generation is better informed.

You're talking physical and this isn't, it's mental. There is no magic candy for mental problems or mental illness. Go to your doctor and tell him your having some sort of mental and he'll give you a piece of candy. What he'll give you is the most likely thing that will help based on the fact it helps most people. If not here comes the next piece of candy. If it's a mental illness it's the same thing because mental problems cannot be physically measured to see if you're getting better.
