Many observers—including Republicans—worry that we are. They have been organizing during the past few months to stop him. Unfortunately, it would appear there efforts will be too little, and much too late.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is complicit with Moscow Mitch and his Republican Senate Majority in their manipulation of the impeachment process, which put the impeached (but acquitted) president trump in a position to use the extremely willing conservatives he appointed to the USSC to assist him in taking control of the United States’ Government.

He didn’t takeover the Republican Party, the party’s strategists handed trump their well-trained (brainwashed) voter base to him as a gift.

They fear that if mail-in votes are still being tabulated weeks after the election and—as seems increasingly likely—barrages of lawsuits are filed by the candidates’ campaigns, conditions could be ripe for Trump to create maximum mayhem.”
The Republican Party leaders from past decades to the present have no one to blame but themselves for the problems caused by the impeached president trump. State level Republicans’ voter suppression laws were eagerly welcomed by national level GOP leaders. Their unethical, do-everything-possible-to-win political shenanigans seemed like a great idea, up until a few months ago.
