Are US LNG Plants Expanding Faster than Expected?

I'm finding it hard to uncover undervalued energy issues but easy to sell covered calls that are discounting 107% annualized growth for the issues I do own. I find this strange. In case you are wondering the screens I use are:

less than book value stock price
Insider accumulation
Beta less than one
